We are joining since beginning of November again the Shark watch program which is initiated by the Marine Research Center in the Maldives. Last time this shark watch was done by Dive Ocean Bodu Hithi in 2009.

We are counting all kind of encounters we see during all our dives and already it is obvious that the number of grey reef sharks is increasing around our dive sites in comparison with previous years. White tip reef sharks we are spotting during 95 % of our dives.

For all our divers who love the fascination of diving with the sharks these are excellent news.
