After the devastating Coral Bleaching in the Maldives in 1998 our reefs are    starting to show signs of rehabilitation.  This healthy growth of Soft as well as Hard Corals is being seen on numerous reefs.
 Maavaru Kandu, Maavaru Bodu Thila and Koba Thila have spectacular Cauliflower Soft Corals as well as Spiky Soft Corals in various colors.
Muthaafushi Thila has become one of our top Dive Site for Coral growth, making this Dive Site a photographers dream.
